All our minibuses are equipped with passenger lifts, wide entrances with handrails and low steps. Our drivers are happy to provide any assistance you may require in boarding or alighting from our vehicles. They will never start off until they are sure you are safely seated!
West Lancashire Dial a Ride receives financial support from Lancashire County Council and West Lancashire Borough Council. Services are provided to a high professional standard; we were one of the first Community Transport operators in this country to be awarded the CTA Quality Mark for the safety and efficiency of our services. All our drivers have undergone safe driving assessment and have been security screened. Our minibus drivers hold additional qualifications in minibus driving awareness. All our drivers wear uniform or carry identification.
