Community Cars

Our Community Car scheme is a brilliant idea! We use volunteers with their own cars to provide individual journeys, particularly in rural areas. All our drivers are security screened, driving assessed and carry identification.

They will be delighted to help you load your shopping and if you have an appointment will wait for you or come back later at a predetermined time. If you use a wheelchair or have difficulty accessing a car, don’t worry; we are always happy to send an accessible minibus instead.
